Having received many emails from our UK readers asking us whether or not the MINI ONE Diesel that was announced back in July would be also offered for sale in the United Kingdom, we decided to request an official answer from the British firm. MINI told us that the new entry-level diesel model, which is powered by a 90HP version of the Cooper D's 110HP 1.6-liter turbo diesel returning a combined fuel economy of 60.3mpg (3.9 lt/100km), will go on sale in the UK sometime in 2010 with more details to be released at a later date.
