July 2015 was a much improved month for big, volume brand crossovers in Canada.

Combined sales of 11 core, three-row crossovers jumped 26% to 7744 units last month, strengthened largely by the top-selling Ford Explorer but also by big gains from two-thirds of GM's Lambda platform trio, the Dodge Durango, Honda Pilot, Hyundai Santa Fe XL, and Nissan Pathfinder. |

For the Explorer, refreshed for model year 2016, July volume shot past 2000 units, more than double the 923-unit average from the first-half of 2015.
For the Honda Pilot, July 2015 was the best month since November 2013. Hyundai Santa Fe XL sales have increased in Canada in each of the last six months. The Nissan Pathfinder achieved its highest Canadian sales total ever.
