This scan appeared at the Nasioc forums and from what we can tell, it looks like some of teaser for the forthcoming production version of the Exiga Concept that made its debut last year at the 2007 Tokyo Auto Show –see here. The Exiga is a 7-Seater crossover that was said to preview the next generation Legacy Outback expected sometime in 2009.
