Picturing Jaguar's 2016 Compact Executive Rival to the BMW 3-Series
A new 'baby' Jaguar sports sedan is on its way and DesignRM has taken the liberty to envision the brand's Mercedes-Benz C-Class and BMW 3-Series challenger. While we don't know what it will be called yet (it currently carries the X760 internal codename), the British carmaker has confirmed that it will use the new aluminum architecture displayed under the body of the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show's C-X17 SUV Concept with sales in Europe to start in 2015, with North America to follow in 2016.
