38% of the Fords sold in Canada in November 2012 were F-Series pickup trucks. The F-Series is long since on its way to its best sales year ever, and therefore the best sales year ever for any vehicle ever marketed in Canada. By now, over 100,000 F-Series trucks have been sold, and there remains a dozen days to buy a new vehicle.
Sales of Canada's best-selling car tumbled in November but remain far above last year's pace. The Honda Civic's November drop had no impact on its lead over the next-best-selling Hyundai Elantra. On this list of November's 30 best-selling vehicles in Canada, no vehicle posted a worse year-over-year decrease than the Chevrolet Silverado. Its 27% drop represented 933 lost sales for GM Canada's dealers in November 2012. No vehicle posted a greater year-over-year increase than the Honda Accord. Its 240% jump represented 1024 extra sales for Honda. Honda Canada's dealers. In October, the Toyota Yaris, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorento, Kia Forte, Ford Fusion, Volkswagen Golf, and Nissan Versa were all members of the top 30 best-selling vehicles in Canada. Those vehicles were booted in November by the Toyota Sienna, Nissan Rogue, Nissan Sentra, Mazda CX-5, Jeep Grand Cherokee, GMC Terrain, and Kia Rio.
