Hennessey Venom Hits 270.49 MPH, Becomes World’s Fastest 2-Seater
The 1,244 hp Hennessey Venom is now the fastest “two-seater sports car†in the world (again), after it hit 270.49 mph or 435.31 km/h on February 14 of this year, at the Kennedy Space Center’s shuttle runway that measures 3.2 miles or 5.12 km – it was actually traveling around 55 mph faster than the actual shuttles when they come in to land.
