Following a similar tactic with the Bavarians, GM will built a limited series of hydrogen-powered fuel cell Chevy Equinox's -about 100, which will be placed with selected customers in California, the New York metropolitan area and Washington, DC. These test vehicles will be available as from fall 2007 and their main objective is to gain comprehensive learnings on all aspects of the customer experience in differing driving environments
