GM and Disney Re-Imagine Epcot Center's Chevy Test Track, will Open in December
If you're a car enthusiast who has been to Walt Disney's Epcot's Future World pavilion in Florida, you will no doubt have taken a ride at the GM Test Track, which officially opened to the public in March of 1999 and remained open until April, 2012, when it was shut down for a renovation designed in partnership with General Motors. This time, and as far as the name is concerned, the Test Track's sponsor is Chevrolet instead of GM (the money comes from the same pockets, of course). The re-imagined ride is named "Test Track Presented by Chevrolet" and it will open on December 6, 2012.
