GCBC's Most Popular Auto Sales Figures - June 2013

2013 VW Golf TDI Confederation Bridge PEI
U.S. and Canadian auto sales data for June, and thus the first half of 2013, will be reported by manufacturers on the second and third days of July, respectively. We're expecting signs of rude health in both markets.

Can truck sales continue to grow at a rapid rate? Will minivan sales continue to plummet? What will we learn about the Fiat 500L, or the still-rare Mini Paceman, or the expensive but enticing Jaguar F-Type?

U.S. Auto Sales Brand Rankings - June 2013 YTD

First, rewind over the last 30 days. The most commonly searched sales figures on GoodCarBadCar related to America's best-selling cars in April and May. But the most commonly searched car was the Honda Accord, a position it's held every month since February. It ranked third in 2012, two spots back of the Chevrolet Volt. In May, sales figures for the Accord were sought out 50% more often than the sales figures for the second-ranked Volt.

Besides the June 2013 rankings for vehicle sales figures, you'll also find a list of the most frequently read auto sales articles and the most popular GCBC reviews at the bottom of this post. Clicking the titles will take you to the specific articles, the review published after the diesel-powered 2013 Volkswagen Golf Wolfsburg was driven to Prince Edward Island, for example.
