Cars of such high quality; equipped to be so luxurious surely can't be bad cars, can they?Indeed, the SC's boat-like design, boat-like handling, and boat-like pricing combine to make the SC430 an unfortunate purchase. Consumers are revealing their distaste as well. The first six months of 2008 manifested that fact. Lexus SC430 sales are 40% lower than in the first six months of '09 in America.Â
Toyota product people pushed the debut of the next SC to 2011, after original intentions to produce a third-generation SC for 2009. Now, Lexus is forgetting the SC altogether. There will be no next SC430; no next Lexus SC at all.
