Alfa Romeo MiTo Gets 2-Cylinder 105 HP TwinAir Engine, Interior and Exterior Updates for 2014MY
Alfa Romeo has discreetly unveiled the MiTo Model Year 2014, which is now available with the new 0.9-liter Turbo TwinAir engine developing 105 horsepower and with the 1.4 LPG Turbo engine developing 120 horsepower. The TwinAir unit delivers 105 HP at 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 145 Nm (107 lb-ft) at 2,000 rpm. Combined with a six-speed manual transmission, the engine averages 4.2 liters/100 km (56 mpg) on the combined cycle and emits 99 g/km of CO2. When equipped with this engine, the MiTo reaches a top speed of 184 km/h (114 mph) and sprints from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 11.4 seconds.
