2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra V8 get 23MPG Highway, Prices Start from $24,585
GM has announced pricing and fuel economy figures for its new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and 2014 GMC Sierra pickup trucks that share the same platform and hardware. When equipped with GM's 5.3-liter V8, they both average an EPA estimated 23 mpg on the highway (10.2 liters/100 km) for 2WD models and 22 mpg (10.7 l/100 km) for 4x4 models, while prices start from $24,585 (including a $995 destination freight charge) for the 2014 Silverado regular cab and $25,085 for the GMC Sierra regular cab.
