Even though the Golf VI has just begun arriving in European dealerships, VW has already created the first special edition version of its compact hatchback. Scheduled to make its official debut at the Paris show in October, the Golf Collectors Edition follows in the footsteps of the Scirocco Collectors Edition that was unveiled earlier this year. Unfortunately, as with the Scirocco, VW hasn’t released anything other than these photos. However, from what we can tell by looking at the pictures, the only really special feature on the Golf VI Collectors Edition is the bespoke leather interior trim with the contrasting dark piping that covers the seats, the steering wheel rim and the door panels. -Continued
