Sébastien Loeb and Yvan Muller Take New Citroën C-Elysée WTCC for a Spin



From 2014 onwards, Sébastien Loeb’s new “company car” will be the Citroën C-Elysée WTCC, as the French carmaker will enter the World Touring Car Championship.

Although it uses the C-Elysée nameplate, the racecar has nothing to do with the humble budget sedan. Powered by a 380hp 1.6-liter turbocharged gasoline engine linked to a six-speed Sadev sequential gearbox, the C-Elysée WTCC only weighs 1,100 kg (2,425 lbs) – that’s including the driver.
