According to a report from Brit magazine Autocar, the 2008 STi’s 296 Hp 2.5-litre turbocharged boxer engine (lightly modified version of the previous STi’s engine) will likely get a boost of 100 Hp offering supercar-level performance. Along with the engine upgrade Prodrive will also enhance the 2008 STi’s brake and suspension components.
