Porsche Employees To Receive €5,200 Bonus

Now here’s a company that likes to share its profits with its people. And we’re not talking about a handful of white-collar workers but about thousands of employees. The Stuttgart-based company, which is considered as the world's most profitable car maker, said that some 8,000 workers will receive the special payment totalling €5,200 ($7,360) in addition to the annual 13.7 monthly payments (including holiday pay and Christmas bonus in excess of the agreed pay scale).

Last year this special payment came to
€3,500 plus €300 Euro for the company pension scheme. This year’s special payment includes €3,800 based on company performance and an additional €1,400 based on the considerable improvement anticipated in overall profits; the result of special effects, particularly from financial operations.
