Mercedes Confirms 13 Brand New Models Until 2020, Including an SUV to be Built in the U.S.



At a recent Daimler Group Annual Press Conference in Stuttgart, the company's CEO Dieter Zetsche, outlined the Mercedes-Benz car brand's plans, in which he confirmed the launch of a total of 13 new vehicles that have no predecessor in the automaker's portfolio.

Besides the A-Class-based GLA compact crossover, which will be previewed by a concept model at the Shanghai Auto Show in China this April, with the production model to break cover at the Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany later in the fall, Zetsche also said that the company is readying a brand new SUV.
