Mercedes Boss Says Upcoming Super S-Class to Rival Rolls-Royce Ghost and Bentley Flying Spur



With the new W222-codenamed S-Class, Mercedes-Benz is abandoning its policy of one sedan version with two different wheelbase lengths for the series and expanding the range to include up to six different models along with three different wheelbases.

At least one of these models will try to give Mercedes-Benz a presence in the super luxury sedan segment that it unsuccessfully attempted to infiltrate with the now obsolete Maybach 57 and 62 models.
