Mazda’s Vehicle Production Up by 23.5% in April


Japanese carmaker Mazda has reported that’s its global production (passenger and commercial vehicles) was up by an amazing 23.5% to 113,075 units in April compared to April 2007. In particular, domestic production volume for April 2008 was 88,727 units (+23.1%) while overseas production was 24,348 units (+24.7%). Overall and for the first four months of the year, Mazda has produced a total of 489,067 passenger cars and commercial vehicles, an increase of 14.1% over last year. (Pic: Carscoop)
