IIHS Finds Small Overlap Crash Test Proves Too Much for Most City Cars



Out of the eleven subcompact cars that the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) recently tested, only one achieved an ‘acceptable’ rating in the difficult small overlap crash test.
