CANADA AUTO SALES DECEMBER 2009

*Updated 01/22/2010*

Pay little attention to the "plus signs" in the Sales Stats you're about to see. In case you don't recall, December of 2008 was a dreadful month for automobile sales in Canada. For those automakers which posted even lower sales last month - you know they're still sailing through rough waters. Automobile brands able to improve their sales compared with December of '08 really aren't doing anything all that incredible.

That being said, pay particular attention to Kia, Hyundai, and Subaru. They're gains are more than respectable. The story at General Motors is much better south of the border in a market that has a whole lot more sway over GM's global health. Below are the Canada Auto Sales figures for December of 2009.
