Arkansas Withdraws “NGR” License Plates


Hundreds of Arkansas-issued license plates with the allegedly racist letter combination “NGR” are being removed from circulation after some motorists complained to the Office of Motor Vehicles. "Some folks might think its OK, others find it offensive," said Roger Duren of the Office of Motor Vehicles. "So, if anyone does, anything offensive we try not to issue."
