Believe it or not, having a collection of rare and expensive cars can be a pain to run. Ask Adam Carrolla, the comedian who happens to own a pair of Lamborghini Miuras, among other cool classic cars. Carrolla says that he doesn’t drive his cars on public streets because he doesn’t like the attention and because of L.A.’s “crazy, uninsured drivers.â€
Isn’t he talking about the same city where Jay Leno uses to drive his very rare cars? Well, yes, but Carrolla describes himself as the exact opposite of Jay Leno. “If you drive a Miura or some other flashy car on the street, people will look at you. And I don’t like the attention,†Carrolla tells eBay Motors.
